About me and my therapy practice

Autism, ADHD, Trauma, Attachment Disorder, Narcissistic Abuse

Helping Neurodivergent Adults to Navigate Trauma and Reclaim Their Energy.

Are you an ADHD, Autistic, or AuDHD adult feeling constantly "pushed to the edge"?

Perhaps you've spent years masking to fit into neurotypical environments, only to find yourself in a cycle of sensory overwhelm and deep-seated burnout.

I am a neurodiverse psychotherapist based in Manchester with years of experience specialising in the unique intersection of trauma and neurodivergence.

My approach isn't about "fixing" your brain—it's about helping you heal from the trauma of living in a world not built for your neurotype.

How I Support You:

  • Neuro-Affirming Trauma Recovery: We work with your nervous system, not against it, using trauma-informed techniques that respect your sensory needs.
  • Burnout Prevention: Moving beyond "self-care" to identify the systemic and personal triggers causing your exhaustion.
  • Identity First: Whether you are formally diagnosed, self-identified, or just starting to explore your neurotype, I provide a safe, validating space where you don't have to explain yourself.

I offer both quiet, sensory-friendly and secure online therapy.

Ready to start? Send me a message to book a free 10-minute call to see if we're a good fit for your journey.

My first session

What to Expect:

Your First Steps Toward Affirming Support.

I understand that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you have had negative experiences with clinical environments in the past. My first session is designed to be a low-pressure, supportive space where we can explore if my approach feels right for you.

1. Introductory Consultation (Optional & Free): I offer a free 10-minute initial phone call. This is a chance for you to ask me questions about my lived experience with ADHD/Autism and my background in Trauma and Yoga Therapy.

2. The Initial Session: Our first full session (50 minutes) is charged at my standard fee. In this session, we won't jump straight into "fixing" things. Instead, we focus on: Identity & Discovery: We talk about your journey with neurodivergence and what "support" actually looks like for you. Sensory Safety: We discuss your sensory preferences (e.g., lighting adjustments or the use of stim tools). Somatic Check-in: Given my background in Yoga Therapy, we may briefly explore how your body is currently holding tension or "unexplained pain."

3. The Assessment Process: We explore your goals, triggers, and what makes you feel safe. We will review this together at a pace that suits you.

No Masking Required. You are encouraged to come as you are. Whether you need to move, avoid eye contact, or take pauses, this space is yours to be authentically you from day one.
