About you…
You might be tired of overthinking everything. Tired of trying to hold it together.
Maybe your mind doesn’t switch off, or you find yourself going over the same things again and again. You might tell yourself you’ll sort it out… but somehow end up back in the same place.
From the outside, things might look fine. But inside, it feels quite different.
About me…
I’m not here to analyse you from a distance or just sit in silence.
I’m here to sit with you, understand what’s going on, and help you make sense of it in a way that actually feels useful.
I’m warm, down to earth, and I’ll work alongside you, asking questions, noticing patterns, and helping you connect the dots.
Sometimes that means support, sometimes gentle challenge, and sometimes just having a space where you don’t have to hold everything on your own.
I’m a registered member of the BACP with over 1,000 hours of client experience, working both in-person and online.
What it’s like to work with me…
Sessions are relaxed and conversational. You don’t need to prepare anything or know what to say - we’ll start wherever you are.
Some sessions might feel more reflective, others more practical. We might explore patterns, talk things through, or focus on what might help things feel different day-to-day.
There’s no pressure to go deeper than you’re ready for, but I’ll gently help you move forward when it feels right.
