About me and my therapy practice
I work with children, teenagers, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, stress, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and big life changes.
Practice description
As an integrative counsellor, my approach is trauma-informed and relational. Simply put, I draw on different counselling approaches to build a safe space that centres each client’s needs. Working with me is collaborative: we explore what sits beneath the worries and focus on practical steps that genuinely help in everyday life.
I also work from a neurodiversity-affirming approach, focusing on strengths, relationships, and support needs rather than labels.
