I support children, young people and the adults who support them, including parents, carers and professionals.
Practice description
As an integrative counsellor, my approach is trauma-informed and relational. Simply put, I use different counselling approaches to create a safe, collaborative space centred around your individual needs. Together, we explore what sits beneath the worries and focus on practical steps that support everyday life.
I work in a way that focuses on strengths, relationships and understanding your experiences, supporting you to move forward at your own pace.
My first session
Not sure where to start? Therapy can feel like a big step. I offer a free 20-minute consultation so we can talk through what’s bringing you here and see whether working together feels like the right fit.
If you decide to go ahead, your first session will explore what you would like support with and agree on the next steps.
