About me and my therapy practice
If you’re here, you’re probably carrying a lot for yourself or for someone you care about. I work with children, young people and adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or are going through life changes.
Practice description
As an integrative counsellor, my approach is trauma-informed and relational. In practice, that means I draw on different therapeutic approaches to create a safe, collaborative space centred around individual needs. Together, we explore what sits beneath the worries and focus on practical steps that genuinely help in everyday life.
I work in a way that focuses on strengths, relationships, and individual support needs. My aim is to understand how you experience the world and what helps you move through things at your own pace.
My first session
Not sure where to start? Therapy can feel like a big step. I offer a free 20-minute consultation so we can talk through what’s bringing you here and see whether working together feels like the right fit.
If you decide to go ahead, your first session will explore what you would like support with and begin to identify helpful next steps.
