About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified Psychosynthesis therapist with five years of clinical experience, offering a warm, compassionate, and integrative space for adults navigating depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, and thoughts of suicide. I work with people who may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or at a crossroads, supporting you to find meaning, resilience, and a deeper connection to yourself.
My approach is rooted in psychosynthesis, a holistic model that honours the whole person — mind, body, emotions, and deeper sense of purpose. I integrate mindfulness and somatic awareness into our work, helping you not only understand your experiences but also feel more grounded and present within them. Together, we explore both the difficulties you are facing and the inner resources that can support healing and growth.
My own journey into psychotherapy followed a transition from a corporate career, shaped by personal experiences of yoga, meditation, and therapy. This informs the way I work: with authenticity, empathy, and a deep respect for each person’s unique path. I aim to create a space where all parts of you are welcome — including those that may feel difficult, critical, or stuck — so that greater self-awareness, acceptance, and self-compassion can emerge.
I have particular experience supporting people through major life changes, including relocation, identity shifts, and parenthood. I work extensively with clients who have an international background, including expats and non-native English speakers, and I offer therapy in English, Italian, and Spanish.
