About me and my therapy practice

Life can feel overwhelming at times. You may be struggling with anxiety, low mood, grief, a loss of direction, or the impact of significant life changes. You might spend much of your time caring for others and struggle to prioritise your own needs. Whatever has brought you here, therapy offers a supportive space to make sense of your experiences, feel heard, and find a way forward.

I am a qualified and Accredited Member of both the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), and I adhere to their professional codes of ethics.

I work with adults across Ruislip, Uxbridge and the surrounding areas, supporting people experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, anger, bereavement, grief, trauma, and ADHD related challenges. I also work with issues around self esteem, self worth, body image, loneliness, relationship difficulties, loss, and how stress or emotions can affect your relationship with eating and food.

My approach is tailored to your individual needs, recognising that every person’s experiences and challenges are unique. I offer a warm, compassionate, and non judgemental space where you can talk openly at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we can work towards helping you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself and the life you want to live.

Practice description

I have helped people with ADHD, anxiety, low mood, low self-esteem, anger, stress, bereavement, depression, grief, and trauma, and can help with issues of self-worth, body image, self-defeating behaviours, loneliness, loss of relationship, and life change.

Reaching out to a counsellor can feel difficult, especially when you're struggling, but you don't have to face things alone. Counselling offers a safe, supportive space where you can talk openly, explore your thoughts and feelings, and gain a better understanding of yourself.

Together, we can gently work through the challenges you're facing and find ways to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

My first session

Sessions for individuals are £55 for 50 minutes.

I offer a free initial telephone consultation, giving you the opportunity to ask any questions, find out a little more about how we might work together, and decide whether I am the right counsellor for you.

If you would like to get in touch, please call or text me on 07599 221083, or send me an email whichever feels most comfortable for you.
