About me and my therapy practice

My approach is trauma-informed and based on empathy, mutuality, and consent. I work within an LGBTQIA+ affirming, kink, and sex-positive framework and provide both short and long-term therapy online and in SE London.

My practice is inclusive, and I welcome you exactly as you are. I specialise in trauma, attachment, anxiety, gender, sexuality, and relationship issues.

Your experience matters, and I'm here to help you make sense of it so that you can reclaim your voice, as well as a sense of safety, meaning, and purpose.

All inquiries, concerns and profiles are welcome.

Practice description

I have extensive experience working with stigmatised groups (LGBTQIA+, sex workers, neurodiverse folks, ethnic and religious minorities, etc.), as well as foreign nationals and survivors of child sexual abuse. Whatever you bring into sessions, I will explore with you at your pace and in a way that feels safe and respectful of where you are on your journey.

As an affirmative counsellor, I do not diagnose, treat, or attempt to change what makes you unique. Instead, I choose to see and celebrate differences where others may see deficiencies. Together, we can explore and affirm your strengths, values and needs, all while learning what it means to be yourself without masking.

Our time may also be used to help you develop the skills, self-compassion, and resilience necessary to navigate the challenges of living in a neurotypical, conservative, and heteronormative society.

Training & qualification:

Gender & Sexuality Postgrad Studies (23/24) - Birkbeck Unversity

BSc (Hons) Counselling (BACP-Accredited) - University of East London

Introduction to Psychology - YALE University

I also received training to provide informed care to child sexual abuse survivors, LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse clients, and sex workers.

My first session

I understand that seeking therapy can be daunting, so let me provide some reassurance. There is no right or wrong way to do therapy, so come as you are and give yourself permission to heal.

My priority will always be to provide a warm, welcoming, accepting, and non-judgmental space in which you can explore your emotions, thoughts, and experiences safely.

I'd be honoured to accompany you on this journey of self-discovery, so get in touch for a FREE 20-minute introduction call.

Sessions last 50 minutes and cost £70.
