About me and my therapy practice
People often come to therapy when something feels stuck, painful, or confusing — or when life feels overwhelming and they’re not sure why. I offer a warm, relational space where you can explore whatever’s going on for you, without pressure or judgment.
My approach is integrative, drawing mainly from psychodynamic and person-centred traditions. This means I listen carefully to what you bring in the moment, while also helping you make sense of deeper patterns and early experiences that may be shaping how you relate to yourself and others.
I work with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, self-esteem, shame, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I’m particularly interested in identity, emotional repression, and how early family dynamics can continue to echo through adult life.
Therapy with me can be open-ended or short-term, depending on your needs. I also welcome clients who may not have a clear goal, but feel the urge to understand themselves more deeply.
Sessions are available in-person in Hendon on Thursdays and Fridays, or online throughout the week.
Practice description
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you're unsure what to expect. In our sessions, I aim to create a space where you feel genuinely heard and not judged, a space where all parts of you are welcome, even the ones that feel confusing, difficult, or hidden.
Our work together will unfold at your pace. You won’t be pushed to talk about anything before you’re ready. Some people come with a specific issue or event in mind, while others arrive with a general sense that something isn’t right. Both are equally valid starting points.
As an integrative therapist, I tailor my approach to suit you, drawing on psychodynamic and person-centred ideas. This means we might look at your past, your relationships, or the patterns you notice in daily life, not just to understand them intellectually, but to feel into them emotionally and begin to loosen what no longer serves you.
Sessions last 50 minutes and usually take place once a week, either in-person in Hendon or online. I offer both short-term and open-ended work, depending on what feels most useful for you.
Therapy can be challenging at times, but it can also bring deep insight, emotional relief, and lasting change. If you're curious about working together or have any questions, you're welcome to reach out.
My first session
The first session is a space for us to get to know each other and explore what brings you to therapy. There’s no pressure to commit beyond this as it’s a chance for you to get a feel for how I work and whether it feels like a good fit for you.
Before booking a full session, I offer a free 15-minute phone call so we can briefly connect, discuss what you're looking for, and see if I might be the right person to support you. You're welcome to ask any questions you may have during this call.
In the first session itself, you can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. We might talk about what’s currently troubling you, any past experiences that feel relevant, and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. I may ask a few gentle questions to help us find a focus, but the pace and direction are always led by you.
Sessions last 50 minutes and take place either in-person in Hendon or online. The first session is charged at the standard rate. If we decide to continue, we’ll agree on a regular weekly time going forward.
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out as I’m happy to help.

About me and my therapy practice
People often seek therapy when life feels overwhelming, when old patterns keep resurfacing, or when they sense a need for change but aren’t sure where to begin. I offer a calm, collaborative space where you can slow down, reflect, and be met with genuine curiosity rather than judgment.
My approach is integrative, with a foundation in psychodynamic and person-centred therapy. This means I pay close attention to your present-day experience while also helping you understand the deeper emotional and relational patterns that may shape how you feel, behave, and connect with others. Our work unfolds at your pace, guided by what feels most important to you.
I support clients with a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, burnout, stress, people-pleasing, relationship difficulties, trauma, low self-worth, and navigating life transitions. Many of the people who come to see me are trying to set healthier boundaries, make sense of complicated family dynamics, process past experiences that still feel present, or reconnect with parts of themselves they’ve had to push aside.
Therapy with me can be short-term and focused, or more exploratory and open-ended. You do not need to have a clear goal to begin—many clients start simply with a desire to understand themselves better and to feel more grounded, connected, and emotionally at ease in their everyday lives.

Practice description
In my practice, I value the importance of finding the right therapist. Making this decision can be overwhelming, which is why I prioritise creating a non-judgmental environment where individuals can feel comfortable sharing their concerns.
Informed by various therapeutic approaches, including humanistic, cognitive-behavioural, psychodynamic, and existential therapies, my integrative counseling style considers the whole person addressing their mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. I believe in empowering clients to lead the direction of therapy, providing the freedom to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviours at their own pace. The therapeutic relationship is fundamentally person-centered and is built on trust, respect, and understanding.
