About me and my therapy practice
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. You may be experiencing anxiety, low mood, grief, relationship difficulties, or a sense of feeling stuck, disconnected or unsure how to move forward. You may also find yourself questioning who you are, where you belong, or why you feel different from those around you. Whether you are seeking support as an individual or as a couple, online therapy can offer a space to explore what you are experiencing, develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships, and find a way forward.
I am a BACP Accredited Integrative Psychotherapist working with adults aged 18 and over, as well as couples. I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgmental online space where you can feel safe to talk openly about your thoughts, feelings and experiences, at a pace that feels right for you.
I work with a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, grief and bereavement, emotional overwhelm, loneliness, low self-esteem and relationship difficulties. Together, we can explore what may be contributing to your difficulties and any patterns that may have developed over time, helping you develop greater self-understanding, clarity, resilience and emotional wellbeing.
Practice description
I am a BACP Accredited Psychotherapist with an MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. I work in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions and am committed to maintaining high standards of professional practice, competence and client care.
My approach is relational and grounded in the understanding that our emotional wellbeing is shaped by our relationships, experiences and the ways we have learned to understand ourselves and others. I believe that a trusting therapeutic relationship can create the conditions for meaningful change. Rather than applying a single approach, I draw on different therapeutic perspectives and tailor our work to your individual needs, circumstances and goals.
I offer both short-term and longer-term therapy, with online sessions available to individuals and couples across the UK.
My first session
Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting, and it is natural to feel uncertain about what to expect. You do not need to have everything worked out before getting in touch. We can begin with whatever feels most important to you.
I offer a free initial consultation, giving us an opportunity to meet online, discuss what has brought you to therapy, answer any questions you may have, and consider whether working together feels like the right fit. There is no obligation to continue after this conversation.
