About me and my therapy practice
I work as a counsellor with empathy, presence and deep respect for each of my clients' unique stories. My approach is grounded in creating a safe, non-judgemental space where you feel genuinely heard, understood and accepted. I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling safe enough to be honest with yourself and a professional and trustworthy someone else.
I listen carefully, not only to what is said but also to what may be harder to express. With warmth and curiosity, I can help you explore your experiences, patterns and emotions at a pace that feels right for you. My aim is not to "fix" you, but to walk alongside you as you make sense of your challenges and reconnect with your own strengths and resilience.
Alongside compassion, I bring structure and practical tools to our work. I integrate evidence-based approaches to help you develop insight, build coping strategies and create lasting, sustainable change. Together, we identify clear goals and work collaboratively toward outcomes that matter to you.
Above all, I believe you are the expert in your own life. <y role is to support, guide and empower you to live with greater clarity, confidence and wellbeing.

Practice description
As an integrative counsellor, I tailor therapy to you as an individual rather than using a single fixed approach. I can draw from a range of therapeutic models and tools to suit your needs, personality and goals, creating a way of working that feels supportive, flexible and personal.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that feeling safe, heard and understood is the foundation for meaningful change. I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and about whatever is on your mind, at your own pace.
You can expect me to listen carefully and thoughtfully, helping you explore your experiences, emotions and patterns with curiosity and care. I may ask questions, reflect on what I notice and sometimes, offer new perspectives or practical strategies.
Above all, therapy with me is your space-confidential, respectful and centred around your needs.

Practice description
I can offer a calm, compassionate space where you can feel truly heard without judgment. My counselling practice is built on the foundations of safety, trust, and confidentiality, because I believe that healing happens when you feel secure enough to be honest, vulnerable, and fully yourself.
When we work together, you'll be met with empathy, respect, and genuine care. I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs-whether you're navigating anxiety, relationships, grief, or personal growth. I bring professional insight and a grounded, empathic human presence to each session.
Your story matters. Here you will find a space to explore it with care and clarity. Our work together will move at your pace with your goals at the centre. Everything you share is held in confidence with the highest ethical standards.
My first session
Before our initial session, I may send out assessments, I will ask you to fill out a new client form.
At the start of our work together, we will go through something called a counselling contract. This isn't a legal document in the traditional sense- more a clear mutual agreement which outlines how we will work together. It covers confidentiality, session structure, how often we meet, how long sessions last, fees, cancellations, and boundaries. What you can expect from me including my commitment to creating a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space. What I ask from you; openness, honesty, and giving notice if you need to cancel a session.
The contract helps build trust and clarity from the beginning, so you feel safe and know exactly what to expect.
