About me and my therapy practice

I am a person-centred counsellor based in Sandbach, Cheshire with experience working with adults and young people aged 11-18.

What people think that Counselling or Therapy involves varies massively, but essentially it is a safe space where you can explore any issues, events, traumas or life cirumstances which are causing you distress.

I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental space where you can feel heard and understood. I will meet you empathically where you are, with no expectations or preconceptions about who you might be or what you might be thinking, or what your experience of life has been.

Practice description

I offer 50 minute sessions either in-person or online depending on your preference. I am experienced with both short-term clients and longer-term. We can meet weekly, fortnightly it monthly again depending on your availability and requirements.

My first session

I offer a first introductory session of 30 minutes for free where we can discuss how we can work together, what you would like to get out of the sessions, and it should give you a good idea if you’d like to work with me.
