About me and my therapy practice

The quality of our relationships - both with ourselves and others - shapes our capacity to meet life’s highs and lows.

It’s natural to find ourselves stuck in repeating patterns that create barriers and confusion.

Giving yourself the time and space to process these experiences with a trained professional can bring a clearer understanding of your situation.

In my practice, I offer a secure, judgement-free relationship where we can find different ways of being that better support you. We can work together to find out what is important to you and how you want to move forward.

Whether you have recently met with a crisis and / or are experiencing distressing symptoms, my Integrative approach is designed to support a wide range of issues. I draw on Gestalt, Psychodynamic and Existential Therapy to understand how the past may be showing up in the present while facilitating a relationship with yourself that enables a greater number of experiences in the future.

My therapeutic approach is a talking therapy that at times incorporates psychological education and creative experiments into our work together. My aim is to provide both support and challenge, as well as foster an atmosphere of equality and collaboration.

About me and my therapy practice

The quality of our relationships - both with ourselves and others - shapes our capacity to meet life’s highs and lows.

It’s natural to find ourselves stuck in repeating patterns that create barriers and confusion. These patterns often live in our bodies as well as our minds; you might notice it in the way you hold your breath, the tension in your posture, or a constant sense of restlessness. Giving yourself the time and space to process these experiences can bring a clearer understanding of your situation.

I draw on Gestalt and Psychodynamic Therapy as well as Attachment Theory to understand how the past may be showing up in the present while facilitating a relationship with yourself that enables a greater number of experiences in the future.

My therapeutic approach is a talking therapy that at times incorporates psychological education and creative experiments into our work together. My aim is to provide both support and challenge, as well as foster an atmosphere of equality and collaboration.
