I am a person-centred counsellor with a BA Hons Degree in Person-Centred Counselling from the University of Warwick (BACP approved).  In working together, you are placed at the heart of the counselling process working at a pace that feels right for you.

I have also been a Wellbeing therapist for the past 20 years working with clients from all walks of life in Coaching, NLP, Hypnotherapy and holistic modalities.

I have been counselling clients for almost three years working in a sexual abuse organisation and counselling within another organisation that supports mental health and wellbeing in families. I also counsel children in a School from 11+.

As a warm, caring person and trauma-informed therapist, I am committed to providing the best support and therapy to suit your personal individual needs and be beside you as we begin to work together on your counselling journey until you decide you are where you want to be.

Practice description

Sessions take place in a private, safe, confidential space in my therapy room in Rugby, Warwickshire. I understand that some clients prefer to work remotely and sessions are also available online and by telephone. Therefore removing the barriers of travel cost, time, or inability to leave the house.

In all sessions, you will be heard and accepted as you are without judgment. The sessions give you time and space where you can begin to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and patterns of behaviour and begin to move forward to being where you want to be.

Sessions are offered weekly or fortnightly according to your needs. with reviews held regularly to ensure you are benefiting from the counselling process.

I also work with counselling students and offer concessionary rates if there is availability.
