About me and my therapy practice
I specialise in supporting teenagers, young adults, university students and young professionals.
I am an integrative therapist, drawing on different therapeutic theories and techniques to adapt our work to your unique needs. My approach is person-centred, meaning your experiences, preferences and what matters to you guide our sessions.
I work in a warm, collaborative and non-judgmental way, and we’ll move at your pace. Sessions can focus on talking or include creative approaches, depending on what feels helpful to you.
Together, we can make sense of your experiences, understand what matters to you and find ways forward that feel right for you.
Practice description
I have six years’ experience supporting people with anxiety, depression or low mood, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, trauma, stress, questions around identity and life transitions. I also support neurodivergent clients.

I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work in line with its Ethical Framework.
I hold a current enhanced DBS check.
I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
I am fully insured.

My first session
You may know exactly what you’d like help with, or simply feel that something isn’t quite right. Either way, you don’t need to have it all figured out before we begin.
Your first session is an initial assessment, lasting 50 minutes and costing £70. I’ll ask a range of questions to understand what life has been like for you, what you’re currently facing and what has brought you to counselling. We’ll explore your past and current circumstances at your pace, with no pressure to share anything you’re not ready to discuss. This gives us both a chance to consider whether working together feels right.
We’ll discuss what you hope to gain and, if helpful, identify some goals. I’ll explain the practical arrangements, confidentiality and its limits, and answer any questions you may have.
Types of therapy
Behavioural, CBT, Gestalt, Humanistic, Integrative, Person centred, Play therapy, Psychodynamic, Relational, Transactional analysis
Clients I work with
Adults, Young people
