About me and my therapy practice
To begin, what distinguishes me from other counselling services is that I have a pleasant aura that I bring into my sessions, energy and authenticity are my strong points, and it's where I can strive to establish a road to a safe, positive atmosphere for each and every one of my clients.
This role that I have so much passion for has allowed me to recognise the value I bring to the community. I have extensive experience working with many different people from all different walks of life.

Growing up in today’s world can be overwhelming. Between academic pressures, social challenges, family dynamics, identity exploration, and the weight of expectations, many young people struggle to cope. If your teen or young adult is feeling anxious, withdrawn, angry, or just “not themselves,” therapy can be a powerful step toward healing, clarity, and confidence.
I specialise in working with young people, offering a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where they can speak freely, explore their feelings, and develop healthy coping tools.
Practice description
What you can expect in your sessions is a space for you to be heard, listened to, no matter how difficult your situation is, also I shall provide a space for you to have an attended goal so you be able to have a goal to work towards.
I work in a safe way putting you first as you are my primary concern and providing an appropriate standard service.
In sessions I shall go over how I work and what you should expect from my therapy sessions as we work together and the expectations that I have for you as my client.
Within the initial session, boundaries shall be mentioned regarding communication also confidentiality being discussed as standard.
Integrity is something that is ingrained within me and my work and which I shall be honest when communicating which you shall expect in our work together.
What you should also expect in our sessions is the values I hold of respecting you as an individual and client, facilitating a sense of self that is meaningful to you being trustworthy and you having autonomy.
My first session
In the in the initial session, I will request that you have completed a health questionnaire form prior the initial session and what brings you to therapy at this particular time and what you are expecting to get out of therapy as we work together.
