About me and my therapy practice

The work of counselling can be profoundly meaningful, yet it often asks us to carry complex client material on our own, leaving moments where our judgement, direction or confidence feel stretched.

Supervision offers a crucial anchor, and I’m here to providing a thoughtful, steady and well informed space where your work can be explored with care.

Our supervisory needs shift over time, and whether you’re in training, newly qualified, or an established therapist wanting renewed challenge or a broader lens on your practice, I can offer support that fits where you are now and move with you as your needs change.

Practice description

I am a qualified clinical supervisor and BACP accredited counsellor with extensive experience supporting practitioners across a range of modalities and settings.

My supervisory practice is grounded in collaboration, reflective dialogue and a commitment to ethical, sustainable therapeutic work. My focus is on supporting you as a practitioner creating a supervisory relationship that responds to your style, your challenges and your aspirations.

My first session

Our first session is an opportunity to explore your professional background, your current client work and what you’re looking for in supervision. We will discuss your expectations, your preferred supervisory style, and any immediate areas of focus.

This initial meeting helps us establish a clear working agreement and determine whether the supervisory relationship feels like a good fit for your ongoing development and practice.

Abuse, Addictions, Anger management, Autism spectrum, Bereavement, Cancer, Coercive control, Eating disorders, Identity issues, LGBTQ+ counselling, Narcissism, Neurodiversity, Personal development, Post-traumatic stress, Severe mental illness (SMI), Sex-related issues, Sexual identity, Sexuality, Trauma
