About me and my therapy practice

Are you struggling with relationships? Not sure who you are? Do you feel stuck in a cycle? Haunted by your childhood? Experiencing health issues? Get in touch, to see how I can support you; I am currently offering limited spaces on weekends.

I don't have an ideal client. I believe when committed, every person can achieve transformative results with therapy. Every single being would benefit from therapy at one/multiple times in their lifetime. However, it can be strenuous to find the right therapist, to build trust, and to feel comfortable to explore problematic area's in life.

I am dedicated to provide and support a warm therapeutic experience to all my clients. As a registered member of the BACP, I work inline with the ethical framework of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). This supports the maintenance of therapists' professional standards and keeps clients safe.

Practice description

I am committed to providing you with the support and guidance you need to navigate life's challenges. My journey into the field of psychotherapy has been driven by a deep passion for understanding the human mind and helping individuals lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

I have experience working with high intensity clients in an NHS setting. I have worked with a range of client issues including: depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, relationship issues, identity issues, religious issues, RSV, physical violence, domestic violence, disabilities, neurodiversity and more.

My theoretical integration is dependant on my clients requirements, but includes person-centered therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy, psychodynamic therapy, narrative attachment therapy and creative techniques. I also have a special interest in Black psychology and African-centered therapy.

My first session

Our journey begins with a comprehensive assessment where we'll explore your unique challenges, strengths, and goals. Together, we'll define clear objectives for our work, ensuring that our therapy is tailored to meet your specific needs and aspirations.

During our therapy sessions, you'll have a safe and supportive space to discuss your thoughts and feelings openly. I'll employ evidence-based techniques and a client-centered approach to help you navigate your challenges, develop coping strategies, and promote personal growth.
