Individual therapy daytime session fees are £45, and evenings are £50, both per fifty minute session.
Couples/ Relationship counselling daytime session fees are £60, and evenings are £70, both per sixty minute session.
I offer a reduced rate for training counselling students.
I provide both short and long-term therapy and we can discuss the planned duration of our work together during our initial session.
I offer a free 20-30 minute initial video call session to talk about your counselling needs in more depth. We can discuss at what you are looking for from counselling sessions, including any expectations you have, and together we can talk about how you would like to move forward.
About me and my therapy practice
I work as a registered humanistic integrative counsellor; this means that I draw on various complementary therapy modalities to offer to my clients rather than a single counselling approach. The main integrated counselling modalities and therapy theory I use to inform my work with clients are Gestalt, Psychodynamic, and Person-centred.
I offer face to face, online via Zoom, and telephone therapy. Just a handful of the issues I can help you with include anxiety, attachment Issues, bereavement, childhood relational issues, depression, emotional abuse, loneliness, low self-esteem, self exploration, gender identity and sexuality, trauma and stress.
Practice description
In-person sessions are help at my counselling space in the Sedgley/Himley area. When choosing a space to rent for my clients to have their in-person counselling sessions with me I wanted to find a safe, secluded space that feels like a sanctuary from the stresses and strains of day to day life. My counselling cabin is a quiet, cosy, and comfortable room set next to peaceful woodlands.
