About me and my therapy practice
Life can feel overwhelming, leaving you anxious, lost, or stuck in unhelpful patterns. Whether you're struggling with stress, low self-esteem, grief, or relationship challenges, I provide a compassionate and supportive space where you can reflect on your concerns, explore your feelings, and consider the changes you would like to make.
My approach...Is calm and welcoming, bringing my human side and sense of humour into sessions when appropriate. I enjoy getting to know my clients and creating an environment where you feel heard.
I know first hand how difficult it can be to share vulnerabilities, so I make sure to follow your pace and help you feel comfortable.
Together, we can...
- Identify the key areas you want to focus on, so your sessions reflect what matters most to you
- Work through relationship challenges and explore how they impact your daily life
- Gently look at past experiences and how they might be shaping your feelings and connections today
- Navigate grief, loss, and significant life changes.
- Challenge negative self-views, feelings of not being good enough, and self-doubt
- Develop practical coping tools for managing overwhelming emotions.
Counselling & Psychotherapy offers you an opportunity to regain control and move towards a happier and balanced life.
