About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I’m Natalie and I’m a counsellor and therapist offering face-to-face and online sessions for adults based in Hampstead and the surrounding London areas.
I specialise in working with clients who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck — often those who appear high-functioning on the outside but are struggling internally.
I’m also trained as an ADHD coach and regularly support clients with ADHD, suspected ADHD, and neurodivergent traits, particularly around emotional regulation, overwhelm, self-criticism, and burnout.
My work is thoughtful, collaborative, and paced to support greater self-understanding and sustainable change. I aim to help you reconnect with your inner strength and move towards a life that feels more manageable and authentic.
When you feel ready, please do get in touch.
Practice description
My practice offers a calm, supportive space to explore what’s going on for you, particularly where patterns, emotions or ways of coping feel difficult to untangle alone.
I work in an integrative way, grounded in a person-centred approach, adapting sessions to suit each individual rather than following a fixed model.
Where ADHD or neurodivergence is part of the picture, I bring an ADHD-informed perspective to the work. This can involve exploring experiences of overwhelm, emotional regulation, burnout or self-criticism and finding approaches that feel more compassionate and sustainable.
Alongside therapy, I also offer ADHD coaching as a separate, more structured form of support, focused on practical strategies and day-to-day challenges.
My first session
Starting therapy can feel like a significant step, particularly if you’re used to managing things on your own or have felt misunderstood. You don’t need to have everything worked out before getting in touch - we can take things at a pace that feels right for you.
In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s been bringing you to therapy and a little about your background. This gives us both the opportunity to get a sense of how it feels to work together and whether I’m the right fit for you. If it becomes clear that another type of support would be more appropriate, I’ll help you consider what other options might be helpful.
What I can help with
ADD / ADHD, Anger management, Anxiety, Autism spectrum, Bereavement, Child related issues, Depression, Identity issues, LGBTQ+ counselling, Loss, Neurodiversity, Relationships, Self esteem, Self-harm, Sensory impairment, Sexual identity, Stress, Trauma, Women's issues, Work related issues
Types of therapy
Humanistic, Integrative, Person centred, Psychodynamic, Relational
Clients I work with
Adults, Older adults
How I deliver therapy
