About me and my therapy practice

Welcome to time and space just for you 🪷 My name is Jenny and I’m a practitioner of Psychosynthesis which is a creative, soulful approach to working with people.

Always with warmth and kindness, I walk beside you at your pace as we explore your inner and outer worlds. My values are steeped in creativity, openness and flexibility, which means I meet you where you are, travelling in whatever way feels right for you at any given time. Movement, breath-work, sound and contemplation are just some elements I incorporate into my practice.

Practice description

I readily use the gifts of nature in my practice. By harnessing the power of the four elements, we create a very positive and potent ‘medicine’ together. I regularly take clients out into woodlands and countryside, where we tune into our wild nature and get free. The natural world is surprisingly portable, and can be brought to both indoor and telephone sessions using various techniques.

I am an advocate of play and humour, which are perhaps the most healing practices we can engage in. Making friends with our inner ‘little ones’ enables us to embody the freedom we desired but perhaps were unable to experience in our childhood homes. Whilst laughter is often viewed as a way of dissociating from trauma in the world of psychotherapy, my view is that it is a practical and fundamental way of connecting with our humanity.

I specialise in working with people who are experiencing issues related to current or past traumatic life crises such as: addiction, divorce, domestic abuse, sexual assault, addictions, pre and post natal depression, extra marital affairs, spiritual emergency and NDEs (near death experience).

My first session

I facilitate sessions both outdoors and indoors, working within beautiful green spaces and consulting rooms throughout Kent and Sussex, including my garden room practice in Hartfield, which is set within 200 acres of private countryside and woodlands.

For those people who find it difficult to travel due to mobility/transport issues, health concerns or childcare commitments, I offer home visits and/or telephone sessions.

I am a dog friendly therapist, and if you wish to bring your best friend along to sessions then this is certainly something we can look into.

I offer a free, no obligation chat on the phone: 07379 184741.

Enquiries from all are very welcome.
