About me and my therapy practice

I am an experienced, practising, BACP registered, child and adolescent person-centred play therapist and adult counsellor, with more than 1,000 hours of clinical experience.

My wealth of experience includes bereavement, family systems, play therapy, neurodivergence and trauma; including experience of group sessions. I am bilingual in both English and French, and have experience of holding therapy and counselling sessions in either language.

I offer face to face eco therapy, online and telephone sessions.

My first session

Our first session will be a phone or video call get to know each other a little, to identify what brings you to counselling, and discuss goals or targets you might have. This is a no fee appointment that allows both parties to see how well we work together. Please allow up to 50 minutes for this session.
