About me and my therapy practice
I am a friendly and supportive counsellor who works in a collaborative and flexible way.
I will tailor my approach depending on your specific preferences and needs. It is important to me that you always feel in control of the process. While I can help guide our conversations, you are ultimately the only expert on your life and are best placed to decide how to live it.
I believe that meaningful conversations can be incredibly powerful. Good therapy should give you a fresh perspective on familiar struggles and help you to become less stuck. While this process can be challenging at times, it should also be empowering and liberating and equip you with the strength and confidence you need to move closer towards the kind of life you wish to live.

Practice description
I work with adults as well as children and young people aged 13 and above.
I can work with you briefly or longer term, depending on your needs and preferences.
I offer 55 minute sessions, face to face or online.
Prior to your first session, I offer a free 15 minute consultation to better understand what you are looking for and how we may work together.
I charge £50 per session, which is to be paid 48 hours prior to the session. I will explain how to pay when we speak.
