About Me

I'm a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with over eight years of experience supporting people through a wide range of mental health challenges. I understand that taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting, which is why I strive to provide a warm, confidential, and non - judgemental space where you can feel safe, heard, and supported.

In my therapy sessions, I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly. I believe that every individual is unique, so I tailor each session to your specific needs, goals, and pace.

My approach is collaborative and compassionate, drawing on evidence-based therapeutic models, including Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, attachment theory, and psychodynamic principles where appropriate. Together, we will work to understand the challenges you are facing, identify unhelpful patterns, and develop practical coping strategies that promote emotional wellbeing and personal growth.

Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, grief, low self-esteem, or life transitions, my aim is to help you gain greater self-awareness, build resilience, and develop the confidence to make positive changes in your life.
