I offer online counselling, working Monday to Thursday. First appointment 9am and last appointment 7pm. Sessions are 50 minutes.

About me and my therapy practice

Life can be hard, but you don't have to face it alone. I offer warm, empathetic therapy designed around you. Together, we can explore new ways of understanding yourself and your relationships, work through whatever challenges you're facing, and uncover genuine opportunities for growth, fulfilment and happiness.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, so thank you for considering reaching out. I'm a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist based in Oxford, and I'm here to offer you a calm, confidential space where you can speak freely — without fear of judgement.

My approach is built around you. Drawing on Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Existential and CBT frameworks, I tailor my practice to what you need. Whether you're navigating anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, or simply a sense that something isn't quite right, we can explore it together, at whatever pace feels right for you. My role is to listen carefully, help you notice recurring patterns, and gently bring into focus the thoughts and emotions that may be quietly shaping your life.

Therapy can help. Many of us go through life reacting to our feelings rather than understanding them. Having a dedicated space to slow down, speak honestly, and explore what's really going on can be genuinely transformative. Together, we can uncover the roots of difficult emotions and build greater insight and confidence in your emotional life.

Who I am? Clients appreciate my calm, caring presence and that they feel truly listened to. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) — so you can be assured of a professional, ethical and confidential service.

Are you ready to take the next step? If you'd like to find out more or book an initial consultation, I'd love to hear from you. There's no obligation — just a conversation about whether we might be a good fit.

Practice description

How I work. Therapists vary widely in their approach, so it's worth knowing what to expect. My training spans several established frameworks — including Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Existential, CBT, Gestalt, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Because my training is integrative, I can adapt my approach to suit you and what you're bringing to the sessions. What never changes, regardless of approach, is my commitment to showing up with warmth, empathy and genuine care.
