Whatever circumstances have brought you to seek out and/or be curious about starting therapy, I'm here and happy to support you on your journey.
As an Integrative therapist, I can work with you to discover and overcome what may be preventing you from living life in the ways that give you fulfilment.
Though therapy you have the opportunity to learn tools and techniques to navigate life from a more empowered place. In doing so, you will be rewriting your story from inside out and creating lasting positive transformation in your life.
I understand how starting therapy can be overwhelming, not to mention the process of choosing a therapist and that's why I offer a no fee, no obligation new client consultation.

Practice description
I offer integrative therapy, meaning I am here as your companion on your therapeutic journey and I will use a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities depending your needs each session. These include; Person-Centred Therapy, ACT, Somatic Practice, IFS, Cognitive Analytical Therapy, so that we can tailor your therapy to you and your needs.
What I will add is that in my experience, it's less about finding the 'perfect' therapeutic modality, and more about having someone be there with you throughout your process, to witness and attune to you and what is presenting for you. This can make you feel seen in ways you've perhaps never experienced and can provide a profound healing experience for people during their therapy journey.
My ultimate goal is in supporting you to navigate life with confidence and make decisions that are in line with your values and goals.
