Availability
I currently offer online counselling sessions by appointment and I am accepting new enquiries.
My availability can vary, so please contact me to discuss suitable times. I aim to offer appointments that can fit around work, study and other commitments where possible.
Sessions are held online, so you can access counselling from a private and comfortable space that works for you.
If you are unsure whether counselling is the right next step, you are welcome to get in touch. We can arrange a brief initial conversation to explore what has brought you to counselling and whether online sessions with me may feel like a good fit.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer online counselling for adults who may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally drained, or unsure how to move forward.
I work with issues such as anxiety, overthinking, stress, low mood, relationship difficulties, grief, burnout, self-esteem, cultural issues, women's issues and life transitions.
My approach is calm, compassionate and down-to-earth. Counselling offers a confidential space where you can talk openly, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what you are experiencing at a pace that feels manageable for you.
I believe counselling is not about being judged or told what to do. It is about having space to explore what is happening beneath the surface, understand patterns, and begin to develop greater clarity, confidence and emotional balance.
Sessions are offered online, allowing you to access counselling from a private and comfortable space that works for you.
Practice description
I offer online counselling in a confidential, professional and supportive space. Sessions are usually held weekly and last 50 minutes.
If you choose to get in touch, you do not need to explain everything straight away. A brief message is enough to start the conversation.
We can arrange a short initial call to discuss what has brought you to counselling, what you are hoping for, and whether working together feels like the right fit.
The initial assessment is £85. Ongoing online sessions are £55. A limited number of student concession spaces may be available, subject to availability.
Online counselling can be helpful if you would prefer to access support from home or from another private space, without needing to travel to appointments.
You can find more information about how I work, fees and what to expect from online counselling on my website: https://www.akwellbeing.org
My first session
Before starting counselling, I usually offer a brief initial conversation so we can discuss what has brought you to counselling, what support you are looking for, and whether online sessions with me may feel the right fit.
The first appointment is an initial assessment, which costs £85. This gives us time to explore your current difficulties, relevant background, goals for counselling, and any practical questions you may have about the process.
You do not need to have everything figured out before your first session. The assessment is a gentle and structured space to begin making sense of what you are experiencing and to consider what support may feel most helpful.
Ongoing online counselling sessions are £55 and usually last 50 minutes. A limited number of student concession spaces may be available, subject to availability.
