About me and my therapy practice

I work primarily from an existential perspective, offering accessible online therapy that is client-led, collaborative and grounded in the therapeutic relationship. Therapy is a space to slow down, become curious about your experience, and explore what lies beneath your difficulties. Existential psychotherapy explores who we are, how we relate to others, what gives our lives meaning, and how we navigate choice, uncertainty, change, loss and belonging. I help clients develop self-understanding and explore possibilities for living more freely.

I aim to create a warm, thoughtful, non-judgemental space where you can bring whatever feels important. I work collaboratively, adapting the pace and focus to your individual needs.

As a queer, neurodivergent, Black, mixed-heritage woman, born in London and raised in the Caribbean and the Middle East, my intersecting identities have shaped how I understand identity, belonging and difference. I am attentive to how neurodiversity, gender and gender expression, sexual orientation, race, culture, cultural displacement and marginalisation can shape our experience of being-in-the-world, particularly during periods of uncertainty, transition or change.

My practice is rooted in feminism and social justice. I recognise that our experiences are shaped not only by our individual circumstances, but also by culture, power, inequality and social structures. I hold space for these realities, recognising the circumstances that may constrain us, while simultaneously exploring our personal agency, choices and possibilities.

Practice description

I offer online existential psychotherapy for adults who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma or PTSD, or who are navigating difficulties in relationships, family life or parenthood. People may also come to therapy when they feel stuck, disconnected, lost or uncertain about what comes next, or when questions about identity, belonging, meaning or how they want to live have become more pressing.

Existential therapy offers space to explore these experiences without assuming there is a single way of being or a straightforward solution. We can look together at the choices available to you, the patterns and assumptions that shape your life, and what may be getting in the way of living in a way that feels meaningful and authentic.

My practice is informed by both Eastern and Western philosophy and embodied practice. I pay attention not only to thoughts and words, but also to the body and to the ways experiences can be sensed, held and expressed physically. Where it is helpful, we may explore what happens in the body alongside thoughts, emotions and relationships, allowing different aspects of experience to inform our understanding.

During therapy, I invite you into exploration and questioning rather than providing instruction or answers. There may be times when we sit with uncertainty or difficult emotions without immediately trying to resolve them, and other times when we imaginatively consider the spectrum of perspectives and possibilities. The work is shaped by what feels meaningful and purposeful to you.

I offer a confidential space where you can explore what matters to you, make sense of your experiences and consider what might be possible.
