About me and my therapy practice
I support individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties stemming from early relational experiences. Drawing on six years of clinical experience and doctoral-level training, I offer depth-oriented therapy that goes beyond symptom management to address root causes.
Many people come to therapy feeling stuck in repetitive patterns - persistent stress or anxiety that doesn't respond to self-help strategies, relationship difficulties that keep recurring, feelings of emptiness, lack of meaning or purpose, or a deep sense of not being 'enough' despite external achievements. Often, these struggles are rooted in early experiences that continue to shape how we relate to ourselves and others.
Practice description
I'm an HCPC-registered Counselling Psychologist with a doctorate in Counselling Psychology. I work integratively, drawing on psychodynamic, internal family systems, person-centred, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioural approaches.
This means we can explore how past experiences influence current patterns and relationships, work with conflicting parts of yourself, and develop practical strategies for managing difficulties. The approach is collaborative and tailored to what works best for you.
My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner strengths and find your way forward.

Practice description
I am an HCPC-registered counselling psychologist with a doctorate degree in Counselling Psychology. I base my practice on psychodynamic, person-centred, internal family systems, and cognitive-behavioural therapeutic approaches. This means we can focus on exploring your present-day challenges as well as events from your past. We can explore how your past may influence your current life and relationships and look for new ways to move forward.
My first session
The first step is to contact me through this website to book a consultation appointment. This is a 50-minute introduction session to discuss what you're looking for and to get a sense of how we would work together. I offer this session at a concessionary rate of £60. I'm also happy to offer a free telephone call if you'd like to clarify any questions.
Following the consultation, if we decide to continue, therapy may be short-term or long-term. I usually suggest a minimum of 6 sessions in order to give the therapy process the opportunity to develop.
