About me and my therapy practice
I offer relationship anxiety therapy for women across the UK who feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, worry, and emotional ups and downs in their relationships. You might find yourself constantly analysing messages, questioning how others feel about you, or struggling to relax and be yourself. Relationship anxiety can leave you feeling and disconnected, both from others and from who you are.
These difficulties can build over time and affect how you think, feel, and connect with others. You may feel like you are “too much” or “too needy”, or find it hard to express your needs with fear of rejection. Many of the women I work with feel unheard, unseen, overwhelmed, or caught in cycles that feel difficult to break.
As a therapist, my role is not to tell you what to do, but to support you in making sense of your thoughts, feelings, and relationship patterns. We may explore how your past influences your present, while also focusing on practical ways to help you feel more grounded and in control now.
Therapy for relationship anxiety can help you understand why these patterns show up and how to change them. I work with you to build more secure and healthier relationships, starting with the relationship you have with yourself. This includes reducing overthinking, managing anxiety in relationships, building confidence, and learning how to communicate your needs more clearly.
In our sessions, we go at your pace and focus on what feels most important to you. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We can talk about current relationship struggles, explore past experiences, or simply make sense of what you are feeling day to day. This is a space where you can speak openly without judgement and begin to understand yourself more clearly.
