About me and my therapy practice
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, confusing or difficult to make sense of. You may be struggling with anxiety, relationships, self-esteem, identity or a significant change in your life. Perhaps you have been coping on your own for a long time and are now ready for support.
I am a qualified integrative therapist with a Master’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy and a registered member of the BACP. I offer online therapy to adults in English and Polish.
My approach is warm, accepting and collaborative. I see therapy as a space where you can be yourself without judgement. Rather than telling you what to do, I will work alongside you to understand what you are experiencing, explore patterns that may no longer be helpful and find ways forward that feel right for you.
Having lived in different countries, including England, I understand some of the challenges of adapting to a new culture and finding a sense of belonging. I welcome people from diverse cultural and family backgrounds and work in an LGBTQIA+ affirmative and neurodiversity-sensitive way.
Practice description
I can support you to work on discovering what is important and meaningful to you, and how to cope with life’s challenges and transitions. I can help you understand yourself better, how your past experiences and relationships have shaped you, and how you can change the patterns that are not working for you. I believe that you have unique insights and strengths that can lead to positive change. I work with you as an integrative counsellor, and I adapt my approach to suit your needs and preferences. I respect and value your diversity and identity, and I support you to achieve your goals.
My first session
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and see if we are a good fit. I charge a discounted fee of £45 for 50 minutes for this session.
I will explain how counselling works, what I can offer, and what the limits of confidentiality are. You will have a chance to ask any questions you may have and share your expectations and goals for counselling. I will listen to you with empathy, respect, and curiosity, and help you explore your feelings, thoughts, and challenges. You will decide how much you want to share and at what pace you want to go. The first session is also an opportunity for you to see if you feel comfortable with me and if my approach suits your needs.

Oferuję terapię online w elastycznych godzinach, od poniedziałku do czwartku. Proszę o kontakt w celu uzyskania informacji na temat mojej dostępności.
About me and my therapy practice
Jestem wykwalifikowaną terapeutką integracyjną, posiadam tytuł magistra Counselling and Psychotherapy i jestem członkinią BACP. Oferuję terapię online w języku polskim i angielskim.
My first session
To Ty decydujesz, ile chcesz powiedzieć i w jakim tempie.

I can support you with issues including anxiety and stress, self-esteem, relationships, identity, cultural and life transitions, and experiences of feeling different or not belonging.
The pace and direction of therapy are collaborative. You decide what you want to explore, while I offer a supportive, non-judgemental space in which we can work through what is important to you.
