About me and my therapy practice
My name is Natasha I am a resolute and compassionate professional who approaches each client interaction with empathy, respect, and sensitivity. With deep acceptance of the human experience, I would hope to create a warm and open environment where my clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly and authentically.
Embracing the belief that the journey of self-discovery is deeply personal and individual for everyone. My approach to practice is with a collaborative spirit, honouring and respecting my clients' autonomy. It is a journey, and I am committed to be present for my clients and mentally hold them when they need.
As a therapist, I have strong values, of compassion, kindness, trust, and honesty. I understand that building a strong therapeutic relationship is essential for facilitating healing and growth. With a deep commitment to providing a safe and supportive environment which prioritizes creating a space where clients feel accepted, respected, safe and secure.
Practice description
I wholly believe in working with my clients and providing a safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment. I would say that I have a “holistic practice”, working in this way celebrates individuals and their lives. I want to engage with my clients on many levels including culturally and interpersonally.
My first session
I understand how difficult it can be when knowing if counselling is right for you and finding the right person too. To help with this I offer a free 15-minute telephone conversation and we go from there.
