About me and my therapy practice

I am a dedicated integrative therapist currently based in Leamington Spa. Armed with a BA (Hons) Degree in Integrative Counselling from Coventry University, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a passion for helping individuals navigate the complexities of life.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in the understanding that our early relationships shape the core of our identity and influence how we interact with the world. As infants, we learn patterns of relating that served us well in childhood, but as adults, these patterns may no longer be effective. This realisation often prompts individuals to seek therapy to foster positive change.

In our sessions, I strive to create a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where your needs are heard, respected, and deeply understood. I believe in the power of authentic connection and view it as the cornerstone of effective counselling work. Trust and comfort are crucial, and I am committed to building a solid foundation for our collaborative journey.

I am passionate about this work, so I am pursuing an MSC in Integrative Psychotherapy to further enhance my therapeutic skillset. I combine various therapeutic modalities to tailor our sessions to your unique needs. My philosophy centres on supporting clients in exploring and understanding their relational patterns, empowering them to leave behind outdated behaviours and forge healthier connections in their present lives.

Practice description

In my counselling practice, I create a supportive and collaborative environment for exploring your past, facing present challenges, and addressing future concerns. Using an Integrative model, I tailor sessions to your unique needs, and together we can develop a deeper understanding of what makes you you. I aim to help you identify coping strategies that resonate with your individuality, promoting mental and emotional well-being. I believe in the power of a personalised counselling experience, acknowledging each unique journey deserves a tailored approach.

My first session

To initiate our therapeutic journey, I provide a complimentary 20-minute phone consultation. This allows us to briefly connect, discuss your needs, and explore how I can be of service to you.

Following the phone consultation, we can schedule an initial 50-minute session. This first session is a valuable opportunity for us to assess how we can collaborate effectively. During this time, we'll delve into the reasons that brought you to therapy, discuss your goals and expectations, and begin the process of building a strong therapeutic foundation.
