About me and my therapy practice

You may be experiencing anxiety or depression. This could be due to the impact of past experiences or trauma, or it could be that you are going through a period of change or transition. This may lead to feelings that can be punishing and confusing. I offer a non- judgemental and compassionate space where you can explore and express your feelings however difficult they may feel.

Practice description

As a psychodynamic psychotherapist, I look at how current or past relationships or trauma could be affecting how you are feeling now. This may include sexual, gender or physical matters, or emotions such as anxiety, sadness and anger. A psychodynamic approach is about in-depth work that helps clients make sense of their unconscious thoughts and feelings, and understand how these might be sabotaging or impacting on their current lives.

Past experiences that have not been sufficiently processed and thought about can generate a wide range of symptoms, such as stress and mental fatigue, obsessive worries, low-self-esteem, or just not feeling yourself. A good therapeutic relationship can provide you with a way to understand yourself more, and to regain self esteem and to process and accept what may have happened in the past, so that you can move on to a more positive relationship with yourself and others.


My first session

I offer a 15 minute chat , so that we can talk about when and what type of therapy may suit you. During this call we can set up an initial consultation which last for 50 minutes, this is where I can get to understand what type of therapy may suit you. It can also give you a chance to ask questions, and see if you would like to work with me. Alternatively, you can email me and we can set upa na appointment.

About me and my therapy practice

As a psychodynamic psychotherapist, I look at how current or past relationships or trauma could be affecting you. You may be experiencing anxiety or depression . Or it could be that you are going through a difficult time in your life due to other factors such as health,  or bereavement, or work related issues, or that you may be feeling confused about sexuality or gender.

Practice description

I offer once a week therapy in person, or online. I also offer time limited therapy which is once a week therapy that lasts for 12 consecutive weeks. I practise in two locations; central London and Petersfield in Hampshire for face to face sessions. I also offer online sessions. If you would like to discuss therapy with me, please give me a call or email me so we can organise a free initial consultation to discuss what would suit your needs. 

My first session

If you would like to discuss coming to therapy with me, please email me, and we can set up a phone call to talk about what days , time etc. might suit you, and we can set up an initial consultation.

 The initial consultation lasts for 90 minutes, and allows you to understand more about me & how I work, and allows me to understand what sort of therapy might be best for you.

Sessions last for 50 minutes and are once weekly on the same day at the same time.
