About me and my therapy practice

I am a dedicated and compassionate psychodynamic counsellor, registered with both the BACP and BPC. I believe that our past experiences shape who we are today, and that by uncovering and understanding unconscious behaviours and choices, we can gain insight and self-awareness, and light the way for future growth.

My therapeutic space is a safe and non-judgemental place where together we can begin to explore the complex landscape of your thoughts, emotions and behaviours.
