About me and my therapy practice
Do you feel lost, and not sure where to turn? Have you been through something painful, and you don’t feel like yourself anymore? Do you feel stuck and tired of feeling that way?
I believe you already hold more strength and insight than you may realise – my role is to help you access it.
I work with people navigating times of significant change and those recovering from trauma, including life transitions, loss, identity shifts, and the aftermath of difficult or overwhelming experiences.
I support clients in reconnecting with a sense of who they are, when life has left them feeling fragmented, disconnect, or unsure of themselves. In our work together I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can process what has happened, make sense of where you are now, and gently rebuild trust in yourself.
Whether you are coming out the other side of trauma, or standing at a crossroads you didn’t choose, my hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel truly heard, and where you can find your way back to yourself.
I offer in-person, online and outdoor (walk & talk) sessions in Winchester, Southampton and South London, depending on availability.
I embrace difference, diversity and identity be it racial, cultural, sexual or gender-based.

Practice description
Outdoor therapy can be a great way to have therapy if you are at a point in your life where you are feeling anxious or stuck, you find the conventional therapy setting awkward and uncomfortable, or you generally find it easier to to talk when moving. Working in nature offers many beautiful creative and healing benefits.
Buggy Therapy: For clients who prefer to be outside I offer individual sessions with buggy and baby, encouraging parents to get out and about during a period of time that can be filled with unpredictability and difficulties. Sessions are 50 minutes to an hour around the Common, we walk at your pace and allow for any feeding or changing that may be necessary during this time.
