About me and my therapy practice
I'm an experienced, knowledgeable, and passionate therapist offering psychotherapy from an existential perspective, with a safe, non-judgemental, and collaborative approach shaped around you as an individual.
This means exploring your concerns from multiple angles: meaning, values, past experience, and relationships, with the aim of understanding not just what's going on, but what it means to you, and building real resilience in the choices you make. I believe our early experiences carry real insight, and that exploring the different parts of ourselves, and our world, can open the door to genuine change. A philosophical lens lets us question fixed narratives and old beliefs that may no longer serve you, opening up more possibility and new perspectives, and moving you toward greater personal autonomy and choice.
You might be feeling overwhelmed, lost, low, anxious, or confused, struggling in your relationships, or simply not feeling like yourself. Perhaps you recognise shame, a harsh inner critic, rumination, or sensitivity to rejection.
My approach is honest, kind, and curious, with no fixed agenda. I have a particular interest in shame, inner-child work, conflict, and relationships. Greater self-awareness can be genuinely liberating, giving you the strength to make the choices and changes you need.
Finding the right therapist can feel daunting, so I offer every client an initial phone call to see if we'd be a good fit before we begin.
Possible benefits of therapy:
Clarity and a new perspective
Letting go of shame and self-judgement
Becoming more at ease with anxiety
Accepting life's limitations while embracing choice
A greater sense of resilience and trust in yourself
A deeper understanding of past experience and future possibility

About me and my therapy practice
Reaching out can be hard, and life's difficulties are rarely simple to untangle on your own. You might be feeling overwhelmed, confused, low, or anxious, struggling in your relationships, or simply aware that something doesn't feel right.
I'm an experienced therapist and BACP member, currently furthering my professional studies on an MSc in Existential Psychotherapy at Middlesex University. I work collaboratively, exploring what feels hard for you, the beliefs you hold about yourself, and what it's like to be in relationship with the people around you. Through dialogue, we can begin to make sense of these thoughts and feelings, noticing things that might be sitting just outside your awareness.
I encourage a shift away from judgement and blame, toward greater self-awareness and clarity, where choices start to feel possible again. Without that awareness, it's easy to feel trapped, stuck in cycles that no longer serve you. Low self-worth, shame, and a critical inner voice can all stand in the way of understanding what's really going on. In therapy, we listen to these parts directly, and get curious about what they need, and what they're afraid of.
Whatever you're facing, it can help to talk things through with someone neutral and outside your usual circle, in a space that's safe and confidential. I bring a down-to-earth approach to this work, gently opening up room for new possibilities and perspectives. My approach is relational: I reflect back what you bring, and I believe strongly that you should stay in control of your own therapeutic process.
Possible benefits of therapy:
Clarity, and openness to multiple perspectives
Letting go of shame, self-judgement, and the bullying inner critic
Feeling more at ease with anxiety, and experiencing it less often
Developing skills to understand and improve your relationships
Embracing choice, freedom, and personal autonomy
A greater sense of resilience and trust in yourself
A deeper understanding of past experience and future possibility

My approach
As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of theoretical approaches and shape my work around each individual relationship, chiefly informed by humanistic and existential thinking. I have a particular interest in inner-child work, shame, and helping clients open up to a worldview with more room for possibility and choice. I hold a space that is genuinely non-judgemental, steady, and supportive, somewhere you can feel safe sitting with difficult emotions.
I encourage clients to bring the whole of themselves, and to know that every part of their self, history, or experience, including the parts they like least, is genuinely welcome.

About me and my therapy practice
I'm an experienced integrative psychotherapist with a particular interest in existential philosophy and the ways we make sense of ourselves, our relationships, and our lives.
I offer a warm, collaborative space where difficult experiences can be explored openly and honestly. Therapy should feel safe, but I also believe it works best when we can be direct with each other. Together, we'll look at what's troubling you, including the thoughts and feelings that can be hardest to acknowledge: shame, self-criticism, conflict, or a sense that something just isn't right.
You might be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, low, stuck in patterns that keep repeating, or struggling in your relationships. Whatever brings you to therapy, my approach is compassionate, curious, and transparent. I'll help you explore your experience from different angles, so you can build a clearer, more honest understanding of yourself, without judgement and without a fixed agenda. My role is to work alongside you as you make sense of things and find your own way forward.
I have a particular interest in shame, inner-child work, relationships, and conflict. In my experience, self-awareness is what opens the door to real choice. Without it, we can stay trapped in situations and cycles that no longer serve us; with it, things start to become clearer, and change starts to feel possible.
Areas I work with include:
Anxiety, depression, shame, relationship difficulties, trauma, identity, personal values, and meaning.

How I work
Anxiety and distress are rarely simple; their roots are often layered and personal. I take a holistic approach, exploring your experience from multiple angles so that the understanding we reach genuinely fits you, rather than a generic explanation.
Low self-worth, shame, and a harsh inner critic can quietly stand in the way of understanding what's really going on underneath. In our work together, we'll listen to those parts of you directly, get curious about what they need, and what they're afraid of.
Sometimes it simply helps to talk things through with someone neutral, outside your usual circle, in a space that's safe and confidential. I bring a down-to-earth style to this work, gently opening up room for new possibilities and perspectives.

About me and my therapy practice
Integrative psychotherapy MBACP.
MSC in Existential Psychotherapy pending.
I offer a non-judgemental and safe space to explore difficulties and concerns with a collaborative approach. Finding the right therapist is a daunting process; as such I offer all clients an initial call to find out if we'd be a good fit to work together.
You might be feeling overwhelmed, confused, experiencing difficulties in relationships, feeling depressed and/or anxious, or just not feeling 'right'.
We often present with feelings and thoughts that we don't fully understand. Therapy is a place to find out what's going on and how we can move forward.
My therapeutic approach will offer you a supportive, non-judgemental, safe and reflective environment in which to explore the difficulties you are experiencing and the resulting emotions that arise. Over time, you will have the opportunity to gain a much deeper understanding of yourself, which will also bring increased clarity to other relationships.
We can explore thoughts, emotions, relationships, and patterns of behaviour that may impact on our sense of self and wellbeing. As an integrative therapist, I apply my knowledge of a range of theoretical approaches to suit the individual relationship.
My work is chiefly influenced by humanistic and existential thinking.
I encourage clients to bring themselves and to know that any aspect of their self, history, or experience - even the bits they don’t like - are welcome. I have experience helping clients work through a diverse range of issues.
I believe that with the right support we all have the resources to reflect on what is it important to us and find a new perspective and better understanding of our lives. This can bring about psychological as well as physical change.
