About me and my therapy practice
As an integrative therapist with years of experience, I work with people navigating anxiety, relationship difficulties, low self-worth, and life transitions.
I draw on person-centred approaches, which means I tailor how we work to what you actually need, not a fixed method. Some people need space to talk and be heard. Others benefit from understanding the patterns that keep repeating. Often it's both.
My style is warm and direct. I'll be genuinely curious about your experience, and I'll also gently challenge you when that serves your growth.
If something here resonates, I offer a free initial consultation. It's a chance to see if we're a good fit before committing to anything.
Practice description
Sessions are shaped around your experience - your story, your patterns, and what matters most to you. Rather than following a fixed agenda, we work at your pace, following what feels most alive or most stuck in your life right now.
In practice, this might mean exploring where certain feelings or behaviours come from, making sense of relationships that feel difficult or confusing, or simply having space to think out loud with someone who is fully present with you. Many of my clients arrive feeling like something is off, but can't quite name it. That's a completely valid place to start.
My first session
Getting started can feel like the hardest part. That's why I offer a free 15-minute introductory call before any commitment is made.
It's a relaxed conversation, a chance for you to share a little about what's brought you to therapy, ask any questions you have, and get a feel for how I work. There's no pressure and no obligation.
By the end, we'll both have a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit.
