About me and my therapy practice
Making the decision to come to therapy can be daunting. I want to support you to feel that therapy is right for you. Offering a bespoke, non judgmental approach that I hope, and believe, can be transformative.

I believe we all have the capacity to change and give ourselves what we need. How we do this will look different for everyone.
Practice description
I'm a BACP registered Integrative Counsellor & Psychotherapist, working collaboratively with clients to create the right approach for them.
Meaning sessions may look different for each person I work with. They might be a place to hear yourself say things out loud for the first time, focus on feelings or your body, or just simply be in the room. Right through to action and problem solving focused sessions, and everything in between.
Let's work at the pace and in the way you want to. I work with adults and young people who bring a wide variety of life experiences, issues and stories into the counselling room.
I also specialise in perinatal support with a focus on being trauma informed.
My previous work in the NHS was focused on low self-esteem, anxiety, health anxiety, grief and loss, cancer diagnosis, relationship issues and depression.

I always suggest having a stand alone, initial session where we get to know each other. With the idea that it will give you a good feel for if we are the right fit to work together longer term.
