About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified and experienced MBACP Counsellor and Psychotherapist, offering support to individuals and couples. Depending on your needs, sessions are available in person, online, or by phone. Whether you seek short-term support or a longer-term space for exploration, I provide a safe and supportive environment suited to you.

I have extensive experience supporting clients through complex emotions, relationship and family dynamics, and the pressures of work and personal life. With a strong understanding of neurodiversity, particularly ADHD/ADD, I help clients navigate challenges while recognising their strengths.

Together, we will work toward meaningful personal and relational growth, helping you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

I hold a First-Class Honours degree in Pluralistic Person-Centred Counselling (Advanced Practitioner) from Middlesex University, a Diploma in Pluralistic Person-Centred Counselling (Advanced Practitioner) from The Metanoia Institute, and an Advanced Post-Diploma Certificate in Couples Therapy. My practice is grounded in ongoing training and professional development, ensuring I provide effective and informed support.

I offer a safe, confidential, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly. This is your space - a place where you can feel heard, understood, and valued without fear of judgment.

At a pace that feels right for you, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing, deepen self-understanding, and strengthen resilience. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, or other life challenges, my aim is to support you in finding a meaningful and sustainable way forward.

Therapy is a process tailored to your needs. Some clients seek a space to process emotions, while others may want to explore patterns, past experiences, or practical coping strategies. Whatever your focus, I offer a supportive environment where you can gain insight, develop new perspectives, and move toward meaningful change.

My first session

If anything I’ve shared resonates with you, or if you’re feeling uncertain and seeking change but unsure where to begin, therapy can be a valuable first step. Taking that first step might feel daunting, but it’s an opportunity to explore what’s happening in your life and what support might look like for you.

To make this process easier, I offer a complimentary 20-minute initial session online or by phone, with no pressure or obligation to continue. This session allows you to determine whether therapy feels right for you and whether my approach aligns with your needs.

In this introductory session, we’ll discuss what has brought you to therapy, what you’re currently experiencing, and what you hope to achieve. It’s a chance to share your concerns in a safe, confidential space and to ask any questions about how I work. Together, we’ll consider what you want from therapy and how we might approach that journey.

Throughout our work, we’ll adapt the process to ensure it feels meaningful, supportive, and responsive to your needs. My role is to provide a thoughtful and understanding space where you can explore challenges and find a way forward that feels right for you.
