About me and my therapy practice

Are you feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges?  Do you find yourself at a crossroads, uncertain of the next step?

Life can throw unexpected challenges our way, whether in relationships, work/office dynamics or our own inner conflicts and the relationship we have with ourselves that requires understanding, attention and care. Whilst these challenges can be a source of growth and learning, they can also lead to feelings of anxiety, trauma, confusion, and distress.

If you're facing something similar - you're not alone as together, we can explore your feelings to find a way forward. I believe in the importance of every individual's voice and the transformative power of having a safe, non-judgmental space to express and work through your thoughts and emotions.

As a fully qualified MBACP counsellor and psychotherapist, I hold a first-class honours degree in pluralistic person-centred counselling and psychotherapy and bring a wealth of knowledge to my practice.  My 15+ years in the health and wellness industry inform my practice and reinforce my commitment to honouring each client's unique journey.

My approach is tailored, empathic, and grounded in many years of experience working with a diverse client base. My work is based in person-centred pluralistic practice - an evidence-based therapeutic approach that significantly reduces psychological distress. Adopting this way of working enables me to draw from various theories and practices. The collaborative nature of this approach celebrates your uniqueness and individuality, ensuring that the therapy is customised to address and meet your specific needs, making our journey together as distinct and personal as your own life story.

Practice description

Each mode of therapy provides a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space.
