Availability
I currently have availability Tuesday to Thursday during the day and early eveningsAbout me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced counsellor working with adults of all ages who are feeling overwhelmed or struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, or significant life transitions. You may be feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure why things feel so hard right now. I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing.
I offer long-term and short-term therapy, depending on what you're looking for. This is either from my private home therapy room in Walton on Thames, from therapy rooms in Kingston or online, offering flexibility and choice.
If you’re considering counselling and wondering whether it might be right for you, I’m happy to have an initial conversation to see if working together feels like a good fit.
Practice description
I am a relational therapist and my work is grounded in the belief that feeling safe and understood within the therapeutic relationship is central to meaningful change. I take an integrative approach that is trauma-informed and attachment-focused, allowing therapy to be tailored to your individual needs while exploring how past and present relationships may be impacting you today.
I have many years of experience working within the NHS, supporting individuals and families through complex and emotionally demanding periods. This includes working with people during the transition to parenthood and supporting antenatal and postnatal difficulties such as fertility issues, birth trauma and loss, postnatal depression and anxiety.
My first session
I offer a free 15-minute telephone call or online session to discuss briefly what is bringing you to therapy, how our therapy sessions can help and my availability. We can then arrange our initial 50-minute therapy session which will be at the agreed hourly rate.
