Availability

I am happy to facilitate private sessions on Tuesdays between 9am to 8pm. 

These can take place online, via telephone or in person in SW16 & SE10.

About me and my therapy practice

Welcome. My name is Jason and I am an emphatic integrative counsellor. Being integrative means I have studied various theories, including person centred, psychodynamic and CBT.

All of my practice is dedicated to improving the well-being and mental health of others, and I am equipped and ready to support you in your journey, and whatever challenges you are faced with. 

Here is an overview of how our time together can be spent.

Initial Consultation

Our journey together begins with a confidential consultation. This session allows us a beginning to understanding your unique needs and helps you gain a feel for how we might best work together.


Tailored Approach


Based on our initial consultation, I will design a bespoke therapeutic plan addressing your specific concerns and objectives, ensuring you receive the most effective and empathic care.

Therapeutic Sessions


Our sessions provide a supportive space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. Through these discussions, we work collaboratively to facilitate meaningful change. These can be long or short term in duration, depending on your personal preference.

Progress Review


Periodically, we will review your progress together, reassessing your goals and adapting our approach if necessary to ensure your growth remains at the heart of our journey.

Skills and Strategies


As our journey unfolds, I will share practical skills and strategies that will empower you to manage life's challenges and foster personal growth beyond our sessions.

Continued Support


Our therapeutic journey may conclude after planned sessions, but the door always remains open. Should you find yourself needing additional support in the future, you can feel confident knowing that I am here, ready to welcome you back to therapy.

Practice description

My practice is dedicated to providing a tailored fit to suit the needs of you as an individual. My efforts remain focused on offering an emphatic and authentic approach, holding your experiences at the heart of our time together.

Using an integrative theoretical approach, consisting of Person-Centred Therapy, Psychoanalysis and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, I have a range of emotional skills and experience to be of genuine support.

My recent work has been supporting people who have experienced domestic violence, people who are experiencing bereavement, and couples who wish to work on improving communication in their relationships.
