Availability

I currently have availability on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays (both in-person & online).

My practice is centrally-located, just a short walk from Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road and Goodge Street tube stations.

About me and my therapy practice

I am by nature warm, empathic and honest. In therapy, I aim to be alongside and support you as you go through suffering or difficulties in your life and accompany you in your personal journey of growth.

I adopt an integrative approach, which means that I draw from a range of different theoretical modalities to find what works best for each individual client.

I focus on a myriad of factors, taking particular interest in how we are shaped by our early family life (past), how our mental & emotional wellbeing can show up in the body (present), and how we can go about changing old patterns that may no longer be working for us (future).

I have experience working with a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, bereavement, loss and grief, relationship issues, self-esteem, loneliness, the mental repercussions of Long Covid and spirituality/faith. I have gained this experience in a range of settings, including bereavement services, university counselling services and general adult counselling practices.

In terms of length, I have experience in providing both short-term and medium-term work, as well as open-ended therapy.

I underwent my training at the Minster Centre, where I received a Diploma in Integrative Counselling over 5 years of study. I am currently undergoing further training at the Minster Centre, working towards a Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy & Counselling. This, along with ongoing supervision, is part of my commitment to continued professional development. On this note, I am also a member of the BACP, whose ethical framework governs my therapy practice and ensures I adhere to the highest professional standards.

Thanks to my prior career experience as an interpreter & translator, I am able to offer therapy in both French & Spanish as well as English.

Practice description

My format is to provide once-weekly counselling sessions lasting 50 minutes. These can be offered on a short, mid or long-term basis, according to your needs. Whilst I have a preference for in-person work, I am also flexible so am happy to offer online sessions if preferred.

My first session

I offer the first session at an introductory rate of £35/hr.
