About me and my therapy practice

I am an Integrative psychotherapist (MBACP) based in London and I have a Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy & Counselling. I offer sessions both online and in person.

I would describe my practice as combining warmth with appropriate challenge. At times, I may do more than sit back and nod; I am not a blank slate or a traditional therapist. I believe in a therapeutic relationship that is genuine and in open and honest conversations.

I work with individuals who are struggling with their relationships (self and others), feel stuck in self-defeating patterns, struggle with anxiety, low mood/depression and low self-esteem. I have a background of working in the fitness industry for over 10 years and have specialist experience of working with issues related to body-image and disordered eating.

I’m deeply invested in providing culturally responsive care to individuals navigating the complexities of identity, family, and cultural expectations, particularly those from Middle Eastern, South Asian, North African, and other immigrant or multicultural communities.

Practice description

I have trained in the three primary modalities, psychodynamic,

humanistic (person-centred) and CBT. In my practice, however, I

predominantly work within a psychodynamic framework. This

means that in our work together we will explore how your current

feelings and behaviours are shaped by your early experiences,

attachments and unconscious processes.

Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns they can’t

quite explain or repeating the same dynamics in relationships. My

approach helps you understand the emotional roots of these

challenges, not just simply manage symptoms.

Psychodynamic therapy is deep work, often long-term, and is best

facilitated through a strong therapeutic relationship.

My first session

I offer a free optional 10 minute consultation call to give you the opportunity to ask any questions.

Regular sessions are 50 minutes each and are on a weekly basis and are held at the same time/day each week. I offer both long term and open-ended therapy.

About me and my therapy practice

I’m a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist (MBACP) with a Master’s in Integrative Psychotherapy & Counselling. Based in Fulham, South West London, I offer both in-person therapy and online sessions via Zoom across the UK. My style combines warmth with supportive challenge, and I believe in real and honest conversations.

I work with adults facing challenges related to relationships, attachment, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. I also have specialist experience in body image concerns and disordered eating, drawing on my ten years of experience in the fitness industry.

Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns they can’t explain or repeating unhealthy dynamics that leave them frustrated or disconnected. Together, we’ll explore the deeper emotional roots of these challenges, helping you achieve greater self-awareness and long-lasting change, not just symptom management.

Sessions are available in person in Fulham or online via Zoom. Feel free to reach out to arrange a free introductory conversation.

Practice description

I have trained in the three primary therapeutic modalities: psychodynamic, humanistic (person-centred), and CBT. While I primarily work within a psychodynamic framework, I also draw on elements from all three approaches to tailor therapy to your individual needs.

Psychodynamic therapy looks at how your current feelings and behaviours are shaped by early experiences, relationships, attachments, and unconscious processes. This approach tends to be deep and reflective and works best when there’s a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship. Together, we’ll look beneath the surface to understand what drives your current struggles, rather than just managing the symptoms.

My first session

I offer a free optional 15 minute call to give you the opportunity to ask any questions and to find out whether we might be the right fit.

Regular sessions are 50 minutes each and are on a weekly basis and are held at the same time/day each week.

I offer medium-term, long term and open-ended therapy. If you have a specific issue you would like to address, or are facing a particular life challenge, I’m happy to discuss working with you in a focused, time-limited period to support you.
