I offer online therapy sessions via Microsoft Teams or by telephone, which allows me to work with adults across the UK. Sessions are scheduled at regular weekly times where possible, and I currently have availability in the evenings during the week and Saturday mornings.

About me and my therapy practice

You might be someone who appears to be coping on the outside, yet privately feels stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected. Perhaps you’re finding yourself repeating the same relationship patterns, questioning your identity, struggling with grief, or carrying experiences from the past that still shape your life today. Therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and begin moving forward in a way that feels right for you.

I work with adults experiencing difficulties around relationships, identity, communication, grief and trauma. Many of my clients are professionals balancing busy lives while navigating challenges that aren’t always visible to those around them. Others come to therapy after a significant loss, life transition, or because they’re ready to understand themselves more deeply and make lasting change.

Therapy with me isn’t about being “fixed.” It does ask something of you. You’ll be invited to be both vulnerable and accountable, and at times the work may feel uncomfortable, but never unsafe or rushed. It's about developing a deeper understanding of yourself, your experiences, and the patterns that may no longer be serving you. I’ll support you with warmth, curiosity and honesty, helping you explore difficult experiences at a pace that feels manageable.

Relationships are often at the heart of the work we do together. We may explore how you relate to yourself and others, how earlier experiences continue to influence the present, and how you can develop healthier ways of communicating, setting boundaries and meeting your own emotional needs. Alongside reflection and exploration, I also draw on practical strategies where they’re helpful, so therapy can feel both meaningful and grounded in everyday life.

Above all, I aim to offer a space where you don’t have to pretend you’re coping, where every part of your experience is welcome, and where you can begin to understand yourself with greater compassion and clarity.

Practice description

I support adults with a range of concerns, with particular experience in:

Relationships, dating and communication

- Identity, sexuality and self-acceptance

- Grief, bereavement and significant life changes

- Historic childhood sexual abuse and sexual trauma

- Emotional overwhelm and feeling “stuck”

- Family relationships and boundaries

Many of the people I work with are trying to understand why the same difficulties keep showing up in their lives. They may struggle to express their needs, find themselves putting others first, or feel disconnected from who they are and what they want.

I also offer an LGBTQ+ affirming space for those exploring questions around identity, belonging, relationships or self-acceptance. While many LGBTQ+ clients choose to work with me, my practice is open to adults from all backgrounds and experiences.

Whether you’re looking to process painful experiences, improve your relationships, navigate a major life change or simply gain a better understanding of yourself, therapy with me can provide a space to reflect, grow and move towards a life that feels more authentic and connected.

My first session

I offer a free 15-minute introductory call for new clients. This is a brief, informal conversation to answer any questions you may have, explain how I work, and help you decide if therapy with me feels like a good fit. Please enquire for availability.

Therapy is an investment in yourself, and the first session is an opportunity to begin that process with care and intention.

The first session is usually 50 minutes (unless you’ve chosen a one-off 90-minute extended session) and offers a space to begin exploring what’s brought you to therapy and what you’d like to focus on in more depth.

Session types and pricing

Standard weekly session – 50 minutes (£60)

This is the core format I offer, ideal for ongoing support and reflection. Most clients find that regular, weekly sessions give the best opportunity to notice patterns, process experiences, and build insight and resilience over time.

Standalone session – 90 minutes (£100)

For times when you want dedicated space to step back and make sense of a specific issue, I offer a limited number of one-off 90-minute sessions. These sessions are designed as a standalone piece of work, rather than ongoing therapy.

This session offers more time to reflect on patterns and identify what feels most important to focus on. Where helpful, we can also think together about practical next steps or options moving forward - whether that’s within therapy or beyond it.

Concession sessions – 50 minutes (£30)

A very limited number of sessions are available for trainees and low-income LGBTQ+ clients. These are offered on a self-declared basis, and I trust clients to be genuine in their self-assessment. Please enquire for availability.

All sessions are collaborative, and my approach balances warmth, curiosity, and practical strategies. Therapy is an investment in yourself, and sessions are designed to be safe, contained, and meaningful.
