About me and my therapy practice
I offer a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can begin to explore what’s going on for you at your own pace. I understand that starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you are used to managing things on your own.
My approach is integrative, combining person-centred and psychodynamic perspectives. This means I tailor the work to you as an individual, rather than following a fixed method. I focus on building a genuine therapeutic relationship, where you can feel heard, understood and safe enough to explore your thoughts and emotions more deeply.
I am also trauma-informed and bring an awareness of how experiences can be held not just in the mind, but in the body. Alongside my work as a therapist, I have a background in yoga, which informs my understanding of the mind–body connection.
I work with adults (18+) and often support clients with anxiety, relationship difficulties, low mood, loss and feeling stuck or overwhelmed.

Practice description
Sessions are 50 minutes and take place either in person in a calm, private setting in Stoke Poges, or online via secure video for clients across the UK.
My way of working is relational and collaborative. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, without pressure or judgement. We will move at a pace that feels right for you, balancing emotional exploration with ensuring you feel supported and able to stay grounded.
I bring experience from working with a wide range of clients across different settings, including private practice and established organisations, which has given me an understanding of diverse experiences and needs.
My first session
The first session is an opportunity for us to meet and begin to get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.
I will ask some gentle questions about what has brought you to therapy, your current situation, and any relevant background, while also giving you space to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. We will also go through practical aspects such as confidentiality, boundaries and how I work, so you know what to expect.
There is no pressure to go into everything straight away. The focus is on creating a safe and comfortable starting point for the work.
At the end of the session, we can reflect together on how it felt and whether you would like to continue.
