About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP registered counsellor offering individual therapy in East London and online.
Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it’s not always easy to keep up with the demands of work, relationships, and everyday life. Therapy offers a space to step away from that pressure and begin to make sense of what’s going on—whether that’s stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, or patterns around drinking and coping.
I work with adults from a range of backgrounds and have a particular interest in men's mental health, workplace stress and burnout, relationships, and addiction. Many of the people I work with appear to be coping on the surface while struggling internally, often feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward.
I can support you with:
• Anxiety and overwhelm
• Workplace stress and burnout
• Relationship difficulties
• Men's mental health
• Self-esteem and identity
• Alcohol use and addiction
• Supporting someone affected by addiction
Therapy can help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, build healthier ways of coping, improve relationships, and feel more in control of your life.
My practice is based in a welcoming space in Spitalfields (E1), close to Liverpool Street, Aldgate East, and Shoreditch High Street. I also offer online sessions.

Practice description
My training is in integrative therapy, which means I adapt how I work to suit your individual needs rather than following a fixed approach. Together, we can focus on what feels most important to you and work at a pace that feels comfortable.
My work is informed by humanistic, psychodynamic, and person-centred approaches. I aim to provide a calm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly.
Before becoming a counsellor, I worked in retail and brand management. During that time, I began to feel disconnected from what mattered most to me. Through my own experience of therapy, I was able to reassess my values and find a clearer sense of direction, which ultimately led me to retrain as a therapist.
Alongside my private practice, I work for a domestic abuse charity supporting clients from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. I also have experience working with addiction and an understanding of 12-step recovery programmes.
These experiences have given me insight into how people can continue functioning and meeting responsibilities while carrying significant stress, emotional difficulties, or challenges in their relationships.
My first session
Sessions are usually weekly and last 50 minutes.
I offer both short-term and open-ended therapy, depending on what you need. We can think together about what feels most helpful and decide on an approach that suits you.
In the early sessions, we’ll explore what’s brought you to therapy and what you’d like to change or understand. This is also a chance for you to ask any questions and get a sense of whether working together feels right.
As therapy continues, we’ll focus on what matters most to you—whether that’s managing stress, making sense of relationships, or understanding patterns around drinking or coping.
My role is to support you in exploring and working through whatever you’re facing, in a space that is safe, thoughtful, and non-judgemental.
What I can help with
Addictions, Anger management, Anxiety, Depression, Eating disorders, Identity issues, Men's issues, Personal development, Relationships, Self esteem, Stress, Trauma, Work related issues
