About me and my therapy practice

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and it’s not always easy to keep up. In my therapy practice, I offer a warm, supportive space where you can slow down, feel genuinely heard, and take a step back from the pressures of everyday life.

My aim is to help you make sense of the challenges you’re facing with kindness and compassion. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel respected, understood, and listened to—and it’s within this safe and open environment that healing and change can begin.

Together, we’ll explore your relationships and life experiences to help you gain deeper insight into yourself. With greater self-understanding, I believe we all have the capacity to make meaningful changes and create more fulfilling, connected lives.

My path to becoming a therapist began after a career in retail and brand management—a time that left me feeling burnt out and disconnected. Engaging in therapy allowed me to reassess my values and reconnect with what truly mattered. That experience inspired me to retrain as a counsellor.

Alongside my private practice, I also facilitate support groups for a domestic violence charity, working with people from diverse backgrounds who are facing a range of struggles. I have a particular interest in supporting those in recovery from addiction and am passionate about advocating for men’s mental health.

I work from an integrative approach, drawing on a variety of therapeutic models to offer support that is tailored to your individual needs.

My practice is located in a light, welcoming space in Spitalfields, London E1—just a 10-minute walk from Liverpool Street Station, 7 minutes from Aldgate East, and 10 minutes from Shoreditch High Street.

If you’re curious about therapy or wondering if we might be a good fit, please feel free to reach out. I’d be happy to have a conversation and answer any questions you might have.

Practice description

My training is in integrative therapy, which means I draw from various therapeutic models and theories to meet your individual needs.

My first session

Sessions are held once a week and last for 50 minutes.

I offer both short-term and open-ended therapy, depending on your needs and preferences. We can talk this through together and decide what feels like the right approach for you.

In our initial sessions, we’ll explore what’s brought you to therapy, what you hope to gain from it, and any questions or concerns you may have about the process. These early conversations also give us a chance to get to know one another and begin building a therapeutic relationship.

In ongoing sessions, we’ll create space to talk about whatever feels most important to you. My role is to support you in exploring, understanding, and working through whatever you may be facing—always within a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental environment.
