About me and my therapy practice
I became a psychotherapist after a long career in the arts which is where my interest in human nature began. It allowed me to see life through other people’s eyes and gave me an in-depth understanding of the challenges you may be experiencing. Perhaps there are problematic relationships you're struggling with, or you have complex anxieties, self-doubt and self-criticism? Maybe there have been events, out of your control, that have left deep scars, or you are feeling overwhelmed by the enormity of life in general? Whatever difficulties you are facing, you will find me to be a warm, caring person who offers a calm, relaxed approach to therapy. I will be sensitive and adaptable to your needs and committed to giving you the best possible support throughout our time together.
What to expect from therapy.
I offer you unconditional compassion and care for whatever you want to bring to therapy. It is a place to have time for yourself and where I will want to listen, understand and help. In an inclusive, non-judgemental way, we will explore where your difficult thoughts, feelings and emotions come from and understand how they are affecting you now. Through that understanding we will give you clarity, choice and control, and make the lasting changes you need for a positive future.

Practice description
My rooms are on the 4th floor, light and airy and above the stresses and strains of London life. Access is via stairs and there is a small waiting room and toilet facilities.
