About me and my therapy practice
Offering flexible, tailored therapy to individuals and couples wanting to step out of unhelpful cycles and into intentional, empowered living. I use a holistic, evidence-based framework for PTSD, Complex-PTSD, and traumatic experiences, while also providing Relationship Therapy for those seeking to de-escalate conflict, communicate effectively, improving intimacy and connection.
Trauma therapy:
If your life has been shaped by past difficulties, adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), or anxiety, my practice is focused on helping you process those experiences and develop the tools you need for lasting peace. Rather than just talking about the past, we work together to process events emotionally, cognitively, and somatically (in the body). I integrate specialist modalities such as CPT, PE, IRRT, NET, and STAIR to help you regulate your emotions, stabilise your mood, and build the robust inner resources required to move forward with confidence.
Relationship therapy:
I work with couples and adult family relationships, focusing on the deep-seated clashes that often arise from childhood trauma, unmet needs, or communication differences. My practice is built on a dual clinical foundation of Psycho-traumatology and Relationship Therapy, allowing me to work safely with the complex history that sits beneath relational distress.
Typically, we navigate the role of your nervous system during conflict, moving from survival mode back into a state of safety and connection. My framework combines the structured dialogue of Imago with a Solution-Focused approach, ensuring our work is both meaningful and efficient. By exploring core emotional needs through the Human Givens lens, we replace destructive patterns with practical skills, paving the way for deeper unity and a lasting sense of reconnection.
